Our Cancellation/Refund Policy

Please review this Cancellation/Refund policy before purchasing a spot in any limited-seating Skyway Consulting event. We believe this policy is fair to you, to others, and to PGCI.

The only way we can know if an event (such as a presentation or a class) is full is that the specified number of people have registered and paid their fees.

When an event IS full, we have to turn away others who would have liked to attend. If you cancel too close to the event, or fail to show up for the event, you may keep someone else from attending.

Therefore, be sure you can attend an event before signing up for it.

Once your space at an event has been reserved and paid for:

  • If you cancel at least seven calendar days before the event, we will refund the fee you've paid.
  • If you reschedule at least three calendar days before the event, we will refund 50% of the fee you've paid.
  • If you cancel the day before the event, or don't come to the event at all, there will be no refund.

Occasionally we offer events with guest lecturers or instructors who have to rearrange their schedules and accommodate travel and housing. In those cases, once your space has been scheduled and paid for there are no refunds less than 30 days before class date.

In some cases we may specify in the event description that we will accept 50% deposits on a spot for an event. If you put down a deposit to hold your place, the balance is due in full 21 calendar days prior to the date of the event.
